Slow Flow
Breathe Salt Yoga
Sundays 11:00-12:00pm

Slow & steady moving vinyasa that flows with the pulsation of the breath. You will be guided safely and mindfully through each pose building strength, stamina, flexibility and a renewed confidence in your mind, body and spirit. This Slow Flow class is non-heated. With a slow pace new students can build familiarity while more refined students can refine fundamentals of alignment and explore the poses on a deeper level. Connecting with the energy of all the elements helps find your own internal rhythm. This creative and rich sequence is designed for all levels.
