The sourdough starter is often the most intimidating part of sourdough baking, but it doesn't have to be. I’ll teach you my simple method for keeping a healthy starter.

Baking bread on any schedule

As a busy mom and business owner I understand how life can get busy. I’ll teach you my laid back approach to sourdough baking, along with two sample schedules proving you can fit it into your life.

Learning to read your starter and your dough

I will teach you the visible signs of your starter and dough so that you can learn the signs for when your starter and your dough are ready.

Troubleshooting + Tips

Sometimes things don’t go as you had planned or hoped, but there's no need to stress! I’ll teach you how to troubleshoot each step of the process and I'll provide some helpful tips.
