Over the last year, I have been teaching others my laid back approach to making authentic sourdough bread at home on any schedule and at any skill level. As a busy mom and business owner I understand how life can get busy. I’ll teach you my laid back approach to sourdough baking, along with two sample schedules proving you can fit it into your life.

I will teach you the visible signs of your starter and dough so that you can learn the signs for when your starter and your dough are ready.

Sometimes things don’t go as you had planned or hoped, but there's no need to stress! I’ll teach you how to troubleshoot each step of the process and I'll provide some helpful tips.
