Affirmations for Women Over 40

As women, we are constantly inundated with messages about how we are supposed to look and act at every age. We are told to "remain youthful," and that "aging is something we should avoid or be ashamed of." Making it very difficult for most women to accept getting older.

However, there is another way...

AGING GRACEFULLY - be proud of your experiences, your wisdom, your wrinkles and your body. And accept that you're not going to be young forever, and that's OKAY!

Take care of yourself in a way that allows you to take back your power and love your life! All while not giving a f*ck about what other people think!

And if you need a little extra help, here are a few of my favorite Affirmations for Aging Women:

-I am doing my best, and my best is enough.

-My self-worth is not tied to my productivity, my appearance or my weight.

-I don't have to be perfect.

-Rest is essential and not something that has to be earned.

-I can always begin again.

-I prioritize joy and grace over looking younger.

-My body is perfect just the way it is.

-I am proud of my age and all that comes with it.

-Aging gracefully means choosing to be beautiful all the time.

-My body is strong and powerful.
