Happy Thanksgiving y'all.

Just wanted to write a quick note because I have so much to be thankful for this year - including each & every one of you.

When I first started this sourdough journey back in April, I had no idea what to expect, but I most certainly didn't expect all of the love, support & incredible feedback I've been given. It's all been such a blessing.

Over 200 fresh sourdough loaves and copious amounts of sourdough bagels have left my home and gone to yours in the last seven months - I'm so grateful to be bringing REAL bread back to your tables to be shared (or possibly not shared!) by you and your families.

Happy Thanksgiving and thank you. Truly. I feel blessed.
